We can start with a free 15-minute phone call. This is an opportunity for you to get a sense of who I am, briefly discuss what is bringing you to therapy, and bring forward any questions or concerns you might have. This is also an opportunity for me to explain what therapy might look like and elaborate on my general approach. After our 15-minute phone call, you can decide whether or not to move forward.


It’s Up To You

The process of therapy is up to you. While I can help you navigate and uncover the obstacles you are facing in your life, what we talk about and the goals we set is ultimately your decision.

I provide a warm, compassionate, and accepting environment where we can explore and address any issue without judgment.
